529 Dragons

Presentation of the structure

529 DRAGONS is a moving image production company created by Aurelia Barbet and Laurence Rebouillon in late 2012.

Its name combines a lucky number (23) multiplied by itself: 529, and a legendary creature: dragons.

Emilie Aussel, Marcia Romano, Regis Sauder and Dorothee Sebbagh joined 529 Dragons in 2019 to produce short and feature films.

We live in Marseille, and we chose this city as the place to tell stories that inspire and transport us through cinema, here and now. As filmmakers, screenwriters, documentary filmmakers and authors, we decided to join forces and form a collective to champion the modern, high-quality cinema we want to produce.
